It is very important for each guest to check the hotel suggested by our team members.

Domestic hotel check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12pm.

International hotel check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12pm.

Early check in and late check out is hotel discretion with applicable charges.

For any special request, we could send a request to hotel, same is at hotel discretion.

Usually, airport transfers and sightseeing transfers are point to point.

For seat in coach transfers, you will have to wait up to 45 mins for your pickup and drop.

For seat in coach transfers, your driver will wait for 5 to 10 mins maximum.

For private transfers, your driver will be available at the time mentioned in the itinerary, and could wait for you up to 15 mins.

For any missed transfers, guests will have to arrange a vehicle on their own. If you wish to arrange through us, additional charges will be levied.

Please intimate in advance if you have any special requests; last-minute requests (within 48 hours of tour) cannot be accommodated.

For any amendments or cancellations, please contact our team members before 15 days of the actual departure.

For Booking any tour, traveler has to pay at least 30% of tour amount for the confirmation.

Balance Payment is payable at least 30 days before actual tour.

Failure to make payment before the deadline will lead to cancellation of the tour, and the amount paid will be non-refundable.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, gpay, or Credit Card.

Additional 2.5% will be levied if the payment is made by Credit Card, which remains non-refundable.

Once booked, cancellation charges are applicable.

Cancellation Charges: From the day the tour is booked till 30 days before departure: 30% of Tour charges (Flight Ticket is not included).

Cancellation Charges: From 15 days till 29 Days before departure: 75% of Tour charges.

Booking will be non-refundable if canceled within 14 days of the tour.

Date Change is permitted before 15 days of the tour with applicable amendment charges.
